Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Java Backend Engineer to join an agile engineering team delivering mission-critical solutions for clients across industries. You will design and implement robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern data integrations, while contributing to CI/CD pipelines and testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development with Java.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle, and Kafka.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience consuming and integrating data from API services.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including negative and end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Fluency in English for daily collaboration within international teams.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Act as a key member of an agile engineering team, contributing to the design and delivery of business-critical solutions.
• Develop robust, well-tested applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Gradle, Kafka, Oracle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Take ownership of high-quality software development while supporting continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions that address regulatory requirements and operational needs.

• Work with API-based integrations and design effective testing strategies, including functional and negative test scenarios.
