Who are we looking for

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and backend development experience
• Awareness of Clean Code principles
• Hands‑on experience with Spring + Spring Boot
• Proficiency in unit testing
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Experience with Maven build systems
• Strong database and ORM skills
• Cloud awareness and experience with platforms like Azure
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Great level of English (B2 minimum)

Nice to haves

• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/D) concepts and tools
• Experience with data modeling, including relational and hierarchical models
• Proficiency in API design and architecture awareness
• Expertise in messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Service Bus)
• Knowledge of design patterns, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Hands‑on experience with observability, logging, and resilience patterns
• Familiarity with horizontal scaling and distributed systems
• Experience with Spring Framework modules such as Spring Web (REST), Spring Integration, Spring Cloud Stream, and Spring Data (JDBC, JPA, Redis)
• Proficiency in Azure‑specific technologies, including Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Blob storage, and Serverless (Functions, Logic Apps)
• Understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO boards) and CI/CD practices
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development
