Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Java Developer/Tech Lead for a multinational client, with bases in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia. You will lead a scrum team, shape architecture, and drive modernization of the technology stack.

Job description

For our international client we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Senior Java Developer/ Tech Lead (M/K), based in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.

What the role involves:

• Serving as a Senior Java Developer
• Acting as the Technical Lead for a scrum team of developers
• Shaping solution architecture and ensuring strong application design and maintainability
• Helping to modernize and migrate existing solutions to a contemporary technology stack
• Collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and other agile teams

Your skills and experience:

• Advanced expertise inJava(including Spring/ Spring Boot)
• Strong experience buildingKafkaproducers and consumers
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and API development
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role or the ability to take ownership of technical direction
• Background in developing distributed, highly available, high-throughput systems
• Practical experience with domain-driven design, event-sourcing, microservices and clean-code principles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
