Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Poland seeks a Senior Java Developer to strengthen our backend teams. You will work on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and Kafka-based messaging to power scalable financial platforms.

You will lead backend implementations, mentor juniors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure security and reliability across deployments, including Kubernetes and Helm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in cloud-native applications using RESTful web services and Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong attention to detail and security awareness.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps practices, and digital asset technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
