Job summary

Team Connect is seeking a Java Developer (Mid/Senior) for Warsaw, on a hybrid basis with B2B cooperation. The role focuses on building scalable Java applications across banking, insurance, and public sectors, leveraging Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-ready stacks.

You will work in an international project environment, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with teams to deliver robust services. A strong Java background and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial Java experience.
• Java 17+, Spring / Spring Boot.
• Hibernate, JPA, solid SQL.
• REST API design.
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito or equivalents.
• Git, CI/CD.
• English at a level allowing work in an international project.
