Luxoft Poland is hiring for a backend Java-focused role within a Regulatory Reporting Platform. You will design, develop and maintain scalable data processing pipelines using Java and Apache Spark to produce regulatory outputs across multiple jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes data quality, validation, reconciliation, and collaboration with global teams in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Java experience.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance backend applications.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to work effectively in a global distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a large-scale Regulatory Reporting Platform.
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines using Java and Apache Spark.
• Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reliable reporting across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams in a Scrum/Agile setup.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the platform.
