Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with high-performance, scalable, and highly available applications.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and large-scale data processing.
• Kubernetes, GKE and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
• CI/CD, DevSecOps, and modern software practices.
• Strong system design, reliability, and maintainability knowledge.
• Agile team experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Willingness to work hybrid from client's Kraków office (8 days/month).
