Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking an EUC Manager to lead the End User Computing roadmap for global endpoints and to work with the client’s vendors to assess, pilot, and deploy new features. You will be accountable for managing the EUC roadmap and ensuring successful deployments with a focus on capability, flexibility, and simplicity.

You will guide architecture and technology solutions underpinning the client’s endpoints, deliver a high-performing end-user experience, and manage a partner-led outsourced

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical IT experience.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Experience managing Intune environments at scale (10,000+ users).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Apps and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience working in global organizations and coordinating external support teams.
• Good commercial focus and familiarity with ITIL documentation requirements.

Job Description

This role focuses on delivering a great end-user experience for employees across the globe using the latest and greatest technologies to manage the client’s endpoints. You will be joining a team of passionate and talented professionals and working alongside the client’s vendors to assess, pilot, and deploy their latest product features or new products. You will be accountable and responsible for managing the End User Computing roadmap for existing and new products to be deployed.

Key responsibilities:

• As the EUC Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring that the EUC roadmap is defined and that any technology deployment or change is successful and optimized in terms of capability, flexibility, and simplicity.
• Proven experience in managing service transitions between service providers, including the seamless handover and takeover of operational responsibilities, coordination of Service Transition activities, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery during supplier transition processes.
• The IT&D EUC Manager will be responsible for guiding the architecture and technology solutions underpinning the client’s endpoints infrastructure. The desired outcome is to deliver a high-performing, continuously improving end-user experience as part of the client’s Digital Workplace.
• Accountable for the End User Computing service and availability. Delivers ongoing support and maintenance of the product through a partner-led outsourced team. Acts as an escalation point for technical teams and provides guidance and hands-on expertise.
• Collaborates with colleagues, customers, vendors, and other parties to understand and develop solutions. Works closely with Cyber, Procurement, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance is maintained.
• Develops a sound understanding of existing relevant technology, vendors, systems, and processes, their strengths and limitations, providing practical solutions on how they may be improved and developed.

Additional responsibilities:

• Acting as the owner and focal point for this business-critical internal product used daily by over 35k+ employees and partners.
• Defining the product roadmap and the capabilities required.
• Understanding the technical landscape and involving the correct SMEs as required.
• Creating, reviewing, and/or approving design changes in this technical domain.
• Accountability for support and maintenance, leading and managing the outsourced support team.
• Managing the EUC area against agreed budgets for licensing and support costs. Working with finance and procurement teams on contract renewals and changes.
• Manages the outsourced partner against contractual obligations and cost.
• Manages subscriptions ensuring costs are optimized within the client’s Enterprise Agreement.
• Adheres to the architecture and technology governance processes for the client’s technology landscape. Leads and/or facilitates the development of appropriate standards and best practices in the EUC domain, in addition to the paths by which they may be achieved and monitored.
• Communicates detailed technical information in both written and verbal form across a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders, users, developers, project management, and other architects.
• Participates in the evaluation and/or selection of configurations, solutions, or products, including vendor and product evaluations.
• Applies strong analysis, research, and problem-solving skills across a wide array of systems and situations, including those which may be unfamiliar, in order to address critical issues.

Qualifications

Must have requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical IT experience.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in managing Microsoft Intune environments on a scale (10,000+ users).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience working within global organizations.
• Proven ability to coordinate external support teams.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Good commercial focus.
• Familiarity with process and ITIL documentation requirements.

Nice to have requirements:

• Previous experience of GxP environments would be an advantage but not required.
• Organizational Migration, divestment, or deployment experience would be an advantage but not required.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments and participating in migration projects or large-scale organizational transformations will be considered an asset.
