Job summary

Roche Poland is seeking an IT Semantic Engineer to lead the design and deployment of an enterprise knowledge graph, integrating diverse data sources, designing ontologies, and exposing data via robust APIs for AI consumption.

You will work in Kubernetes with GitOps, build scalable pipelines, and collaborate with data owners and AI teams to ground AI responses in reliable enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering projects and semantic web systems.
• Experience configuring Kubernetes infrastructure using GitOps automation.
• Experience with validated platforms (GxP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, build, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and graph architectures.
• Drives data integration projects from ingestion to semantic transformation.
• Solves complex data modeling and querying challenges.
• Optimizes data access tools for low latency AI context retrieval.
• Collaborates with data owners, domain experts, and AI teams to define requirements.
• Translates business use cases into robust schemas and endpoints.
