Job summary

EcoVadis in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Senior Knowledge Graph Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence. You will operationalize ontologies into high-throughput, multi-hop systems that power autonomous AI agents addressing sustainability challenges.

You will design graph ingestion pipelines, perform entity resolution, and fuse internal data with open ontologies. The role offers hybrid work with four days per month in the office and full remote from Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience building graph databases in production.
• Strong cloud skills, preferably Azure.
• Advanced Python for scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with NLP frameworks and LLM-based extraction.
• Knowledge of SHACL and semantic web standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-speed GraphRAG ingestion pipelines transforming ERP/SQL, unstructured ESG reports and streaming feeds into operational graphs and RDF stores.
• Build automated NER, entity linking and deduplication workflows to unify vendor profiles, SKUs and facilities.
• Map internal data with external ontologies and registries (GLEIF, SSN/SOSA, Copernicus, PROV-O).
• Develop GraphRAG and NL2Query tools for autonomous agents; implement hybrid vector-graph indexing pipelines.
• Operationalize SHACL shapes into automated CI/CD data quality tests to prevent non-compliant data entering the knowledge graph.
• Optimize multi-hop queries, partitioning, and indexing for sub-second traversal over billions of nodes and edges.
