Job summary

ISS Finance Service Center provides Finance & Accounting services to European countries, including R2R, O2C, and P2P activities. The role supports supplier data, catalog/punchout, and master data administration within a hybrid work setting in Gdańsk.

The ideal candidate has a finance background, 4+ years of experience, strong English, and is capable of coordinating teams in an international environment. It offers growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance.
• Good understanding of PTP/Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Coupa/Saffron/Maximo/Navision would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in coordination of the team/project would be advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English-speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate supplier master data.
• Manage catalog and punchout processes.
• Administer user access and reporting.
• Maintain cost centers and master data.
• Support supplier onboarding and supplier forms.
• Monitor and resolve system and transmission errors.
• Handle purchase requisition and contract administration.
• Produce spend and operational reports.
• Support accrual and finance-related activities.
• Provide backup support for supplier processing

Main purpose of the position:

As ISS Finance Service Center, we provide Finance & Accounting services to European countries. Core services include cover Accounting (R2R), Customer billing, banking & reporting (O2C) and Accounts Payables activities (P2P). ISS FSC is on an exciting journey to expand the offer of provided services along with a wider scope of PTP activities.

What will you do:

• Supplier master data maintenance and validation
• Catalog and punchout management
• User access and user reporting administration
• Cost center and master data maintenance
• Support for supplier onboarding and supplier forms
• Monitoring and resolving system and transmission errors
• Purchase requisition and contract administration
• Spend and operational reporting
• Support for accrual and finance-related activities
• Backup support for supplier processing

Professional skills you possess:

• A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance area
• Good understanding of PTP / Accounts Payable area.
• Experience of working with Coupa/Saffron/Maximo/Navision would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in coordination of the team/project would be advantageous.
