Job summary

FRISTA in Warsaw is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & Operations) to maintain and improve our IT backbone, spanning cloud, on-premises, and security domains. You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server; manage firewalls, VPNs, backups, and incident resolution; and collaborate with vendors to raise IT standards and documentation.

This is a hands-on, independent role in an international environment with hybrid work (remote one day per week) and

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & Operations) – Warsaw

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & Operations) to join the FRISTA team and take responsibility for the maintenance, security, and development of our IT infrastructure.

The role includes:

• administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server,
• maintaining server, network, and cloud infrastructure,
• managing firewalls, VPNs, and security solutions,
• monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and supporting backup and disaster recovery activities,
• supporting production systems and business-critical applications,
• cooperating with external vendors and improving IT standards and documentation.

We are looking for someone with experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Cloud Operations, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, networking, and security. This is a hands‑on and independent technical role with broad responsibilities.

Warsaw – office located opposite the Palace of Culture and Science

Remote work available 1 day per week
