Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project experience in financial services (insurance/bancassurance preferred).
• Understanding of insurance/banks work processes and business models.
• Experience in functional IT design and IT implementations.
• Creative, proactive problem-solving approach.
• Analytical thinking to ensure delivery quality.
• Experience in team management and accountability.
• Eligible to work in Poland/EU full-time.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English and collaboration with native speakers.

Responsibilities

• Be part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area.
• Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
• Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as needed by the project.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
• Act as Scrum Master with an option to develop as an Agile Coach.
• Support B2B sales activities by preparing RFPs and presentations.
• Act as Relationship Manager/Account Owner for specific clients.
