Job summary

Sollers Consulting is looking for an individual to join their consulting or implementation team during IT projects, primarily for financial institutions like insurance companies. You will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and actively participate in Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, experience in IT projects, and fluency in both English and German.

Qualifications

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Great command of English language, minimum C1 level.
• Very good knowledge of German, minimum B2/C1 level.
• Understanding agile ways of working.
• Proven ability for intuitive and analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects.
• Conduct business analysis and define functional requirements.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects.
• Test various roles in an international environment.
• Be an active member of an Agile team.
