Job summary

Sollers Consulting invites you to join our consulting or implementation teams delivering IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurance and bancassurance clients. You will analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and test solutions while supporting UATs.

You will work closely with software developers and IT architects, participate actively in an Agile team, and take ownership of your topics in an international environment.

Qualifications

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Excellent English (C1) and very good German (B2/C1) with collaboration with English native speakers.
• Understanding agile ways of working.
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions.
• Define functional requirements and test developed solutions, and support UATs.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
• Test yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment.
• Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics.
