State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Markets Operations Program, contributing to consistent business analysis practices and leading key workstreams across regions.

You will develop user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with product owners and delivery teams, coordinate UAT, and mentor junior analysts in a hybrid role. This role offers permanent contract and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of Financial Services experience is required.
• Experience with MS Office, Confluence, JIRA; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key business analysis activities and workstreams within the Onboarding and Operations Dashboard Programs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, end users and delivery teams to refine business requirements.
• Conduct process analysis, business process modeling and flow diagrams.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in Confluence.
• Support solution design discussions ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate UAT activities and support stakeholder communication and enablement.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across all Operations partners across regions.
