State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Senior Associate Business Risk Consultant to support governance materials and management information, and to provide admin support for control reporting. You will coordinate risk data, prepare formal risk decks, and produce timely reports for Risk Committees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or service delivery.
• English proficiency required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in database management, data analysis, change management.
• Knowledge of operational controls, the SSC control framework, and related risks.
• Previous experience in an analytical role.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accurate and timely preparation of governance materials and management information.
• Prepare and/or review formal reporting decks for key risk forums within timelines.
• Produce accurate, timely risk reporting and analysis papers for Risk Committees.
• Provide administrative support for control-oriented processes (SOC1).
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis requested by Business Risk Managers.
• Monitor process changes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support SharePoint repository and risk data delivery to Risk Managers.
• Develop understanding of the Three Lines of Defense and risk culture.
