Job summary

MagentaTeam is seeking a Senior IT Auditor in Warsaw to lead and deliver end-to-end IT, cybersecurity, and technology risk audits. You will assess risks, design controls, and translate complex observations into actionable recommendations for management and governance.

You will collaborate with international teams in a fast-paced environment, driving quality, independence, and continuous improvement of the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant IT audit/technology risk experience with leadership of audit engagements.
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Professional certifications such as CISA/CIA/CISM preferred.
• Knowledge of technology standards and frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ITIL, ISO).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end IT/NT/audit engagements ensuring objectives, scope, and timelines are met.
• Assess risks, controls, and operating effectiveness; identify root causes of weaknesses.
• Prepare concise audit reports and present findings to management and governance.
• Lead or support advisory engagements with stakeholder-aligned scope, building trusted relationships.
• Monitor implementation of agreed actions and contribute to annual audit planning.
