Job summary

Nordea Group Technology is seeking a Senior IT Analyst with Design & Datamodelling experience in Snowflake in Poland. You will convert business requirements into IT requirements, envision the target IT solution and design the Snowflake model, while supporting developers through build and UAT to ensure the solution aligns with expectations and guardrails.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in databases, 3+ years in Snowflake design & data modelling, and 3+ years in IT or business analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with databases.
• Hands-on Snowflake coding and data modelling experience (3+ years).
• 3+ years IT or business analysis experience.
• Experience with data warehousing and SQL-heavy data environments.
• Banking domain/regulatory reporting exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

About Our Team

Meet the Regulatory reporting team. Our role is to provide IT Solutions for the complex regulatory requirments of the bank (internal and external).

Main responsibilities in this role

• Convert Business requirements into IT requirements
• Envision target IT Solution
• Design / Model the solution in Snowflake
• Help the developers build & participate in UAT
• Ensure the solution is built as per expectation (functional and Non-funcitonal) & within approved guardrails.

Who You Are

This is the right role for you if: You have worked in Datawarehousing, SQL heavy systems with structured/unstructured data.

Your background and skills include

• Minimum 5 yrs of hands-on experience in databases
• Hands-on coding experience in Snowflake
• 3+ yrs of Snowflake Design & Data modelling experience
• 3+ yrs of IT Analysis or Business Analysis

It would be ideal if you also

• Have extensive banking domain experience
• Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks
