Job summary

Nordea seeks an experienced Data Analyst to perform hands-on data and requirements analysis within a complex setting. You will elicit and translate requirements, map data, model solutions, and contribute to application design and architecture.

You will collaborate with product owners, design data pipelines (near real-time and analytics), and promote analytical excellence while communicating across international teams. Strong English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of designing data-intensive solutions and architectures.
• Experience in payment domain knowledge (ISO20022, SEPA, Swift).
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate into specs.
• Experience with AI tools and driving AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent SQL skills and English communication, with international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into implementation specifications with product owners.
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and align objectives.
• Design data mappings, models, and solution architecture.
• Develop near real-time data pipelines and traditional analytics pipelines.
