Job summary

Luxoft Poland in Warsaw seeks a Backend Project Manager / Product Owner to lead a cross-functional team of Cloud and AI Architects embedded with the client, aligning delivery with business goals.

You will translate requirements into Epics/Features, mentor engineers, ensure code quality, testing readiness, and collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver maintainable iOS components.

Qualifications

• Must be able to design, build, and ship complex iOS features independently, keeping delivery on track.
• Own code quality and maintainability for major iOS components, reducing technical debt where possible.
• Implement robust unit and UI tests (XCTest, XCUITest) for critical user flows within owned scope.
• Submit well-scoped, reviewable pull requests and provide timely code reviews for peers, including juniors.
• Apply Swift/SwiftUI engineering standards and patterns (MVVM, Coordinator) for maintainable implementations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and testing readiness clearly with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level iOS engineers through day-to-day guidance, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex bugs and performance issues in owned areas.
• Support App Store release readiness including build config, crash triage, and Apple submission guidelines.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to translate requirements into technically sound iOS implementations.

Responsibilities

• As a Backend Project manager /Product Owner within the Connected Vehicle, you will directly manage the team of Cloud Architects & AI Architects embedded in a joint team with the customer.
• Support Product/Feature owners to consolidate system requirements into Epics/Features.
