Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead iOS Engineer to lead a mobile squad, arriving early to setup the codebase, tooling and standards before scale. You will own iOS architecture and drive quality across the build.

You’ll mentor mid and senior engineers across cross‑platform work, collaborate with the Backend-for-Frontend stream, and infuse AI-assisted engineering into the SDLC. Hybrid work within Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on native iOS development with Swift/SwiftUI.
• Experience building mobile apps from ground up and API-driven UX.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex mobile projects.
• Experience designing API-driven mobile experiences.
• Mastery of the TestFlight / App Store release process.

Responsibilities

• Own code quality and technical decisions inside the mobile stream.
• Mentor a squad of mid and senior engineers across cross-platform work.

You will lead the mobile engineering squad, arriving a week ahead of the developers to set up the codebase, tooling, and standards before the team scales.
