Revolut Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Compliance Manager with a focus on investment funds. You will guide regulatory compliance across product development, fund operations, and market expansion, balancing rigorous oversight with innovative growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of UK/EEA funds regulation, collaboration across product and business teams, and hands-on governance for multiple markets.

Formación

• 8+ years in financial services regulatory/compliance.
• Knowledge of UK/EEA regulatory frameworks for funds.
• Experience advising product and business stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical processes and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Support new funds/products by ensuring regulatory compliance throughout development and launch.
• Advise on product governance, distributions, investor protection and customer outcomes.
• Apply frameworks like AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID II, FCA/EU requirements.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks in market expansion and governance.
• Conduct regulatory change analysis and support first/second line teams.
• Monitor developments and implement changes balancing regulation with business goals.
