Astek Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking an Intralogistics & Warehouse Improvement Manager for a client in the technology industry.

The role focuses on optimizing warehouse operations, improving material flows, and implementing practical process changes to reduce lead times and costs. You will lead cross-functional efforts across warehouse, logistics and production teams, with a strong emphasis on on-site execution in Środa Wielkopolska, Poland.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in warehouse operations or intralogistics within manufacturing.
• Experience managing production warehouses with complex SKU flows.
• Understanding manufacturing processes and material availability.
• Proven track record identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Experience optimizing material flows between warehouses and production lines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across warehouse, logistics and production.
• Familiar with WMS and ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA familiarity a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; international manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Środa Wielkopolska, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize warehouse operations and internal material flows between the warehouse and production areas.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of delays affecting production continuity.
• Design and implement practical process improvements to increase operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs.
• Improve the performance and utilization of a newly established automated high-bay warehouse.
• Ensure efficient material availability and timely delivery of components to production lines.
• Strengthen communication and collaboration between warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures to improve material tracking, inventory accuracy, and process transparency.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics managers, team leaders, and production stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
• Leading change initiatives from initial assessment through hands-on implementation and performance monitoring.
• Defining and monitoring operational KPIs to measure improvements and ensure sustainable results.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of efficient, scalable logistics processes.
• Potentially supporting logistics-related activities associated with the upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation.
