Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse operations, intralogistics, or production logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience managing production-related warehouses with complex material flows and a high number of SKUs.
• Understand manufacturing processes and the operational challenges associated with material availability, production continuity, and internal logistics.
• Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Experience optimizing material flows between warehouses and production lines to reduce downtime and costs.
• Strong collaboration across warehouse, logistics, and production teams; capable of leading change from analysis to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills across departments.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; able to work in an international manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work predominantly on-site in Środa Wielkopolska, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize warehouse operations and internal material flows between warehouse and production areas.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of delays affecting production continuity.
• Design and implement practical process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce lead times and costs.
• Improve performance and utilization of the automated high-bay warehouse.
• Ensure efficient material availability and timely delivery of components to production lines.
• Strengthen communication between warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
• Develop standardized procedures to improve material tracking, inventory accuracy, and transparency.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics managers and production stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Lead change initiatives from assessment through hands-on implementation and monitoring.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs to measure improvements and sustain results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and scalable logistics processes.
• Potentially support SAP S/4HANA implementation logistics activities.
