Job summary

Booksy Inc. in Poland seeks a Senior International Tax Accountant to join the Finance team and report to the Global Head of Tax.

You will own international tax compliance, reporting and transfer pricing across our growing footprint. You will collaborate with accounting and business teams, research VAT and invoice compliance across European jurisdictions, lead monthly reconciliations, and streamline advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• CPA/ACA/ACCA or local equivalent certification.
• Experience in tax compliance, monthly reconciliations, and transfer pricing.
• Solid knowledge of Polish tax regulations with international exposure.
• Strong Excel and common tax/accounting tools.
• Experience in fast-moving tech or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own international tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing workstreams.
• Research VAT and invoice compliance across European jurisdictions.
• Lead monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Support tax planning, financial reporting, and internal controls.
