Job summary

Booksy, a rapidly growing global tax team, seeks a Senior International Tax Accountant to own cross-border tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing across markets including the UK, Spain, France, and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with accounting and business teams, perform monthly reconciliations, and help optimize tax processes as the company scales. Fluency in English and CPA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA/ACCA/ACA or local equivalent preferred.
• Experience with tax compliance, reconciliations and transfer pricing.
• English proficiency for international collaboration; Polish tax knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own international tax compliance across non-Polish entities and transfer pricing.
• Lead monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Research VAT and invoice compliance across European jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors in multiple jurisdictions.
