Zusammenfassung

TMF Group in Katowice is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to be the first point of contact for our international Dutch client portfolio, handling financial, accounting and tax matters under supervision. You will work closely with the Legal Officer and Supervisor Accounting to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure compliance across countries.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a full-scope environment.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Polish GAAP or another recognized framework.
• Experience working with international clients and external stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills and advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of international clients in the Netherlands.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, auditors, tax advisors and banks.
• Prepare financial statements, annual reports and client-specific reporting.
• Partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions in a complex international environment.
• Share knowledge and coach junior and medior team members.
• Support process improvements and drive operational excellence.
