Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland is seeking a senior IT architect to lead the planning and design of integration processes and interfaces, ensuring connectivity across systems and applications. The role includes mentoring a team of engineers and driving scalable, reliable IT architecture.

You will document integration solutions, liaise with stakeholders, and promote open communication in a diverse, multinational environment. Hybrid work with weekly Warsaw office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Architecture and design including systems integration, distributed systems, and API design.
• In-depth knowledge of software integration.
• Experience leading IT projects (Agile) or IT teams.
• Experience in Node.js and AWS and its services.
• Knowledge of DevOps and IaS (Terraform).
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Nice to have: experience with manufacturing, high-security, highly-regulated sectors, data processing.

Job description

Hybrid (min. 1 day in Warsaw office per week)

Estimated total annual package: up to 312000 PLN per annum + bonus (+KUP around 70%)

Tasks:

• Lead the planning and design of integration processes & interfaces to ensure effective connectivity between various systems and applications
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers
• Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable, adhering to best practices in IT architecture
• Create, maintain & review comprehensive documentation for integration
• Liaising with stakeholders and Team Leaders
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Architecture & design (e.g.: systems integration, distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs. messaging/queuing, Batch, ETL)
• In-depth knowledge of software integration
• Experience in leading IT projects (Agile) or IT teams
• Experience in Node.JS and AWS (and it’s services)
• Knowledge of DevOps and IaS (Terraform)
• Knowledge of Linux
• Experience in multicultural environment
• Nice to have: experience with manufacturing (preferably GxP), high-security, highly-regulated sectors, data processing.
