XTB in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team. You will maintain, automate, and scale our core on-prem and hybrid systems, including VMware virtualization, enterprise storage, Linux environments, and critical database clusters to ensure performance and reliability.
