Job summary

Contentsquare in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Information Systems Project Manager to lead IS initiatives across business operations, end-users and technical experts. You will research topics, organize, coordinate and implement systems and tools to deliver on time and with high quality.

You will ensure implementations optimise the company’s holistic business goals, using your understanding and questioning mindset to challenge assumptions and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: own the result autonomously, define scope if unclear, correct direction when needed, and execute tasks when required.
• Project Management Expertise: plan, run meetings, document progress and issues, and report to management with structure and clarity.
• Analysis and Challenge: research unfamiliar subjects, ask questions, and challenge assumptions to build knowledge.
• Cross-Functional Partner: support IS department stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and teams.
