Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Information Systems Project Manager to drive IT and IS initiatives across business operations, end-users, and technical experts. You will research topics, organize implementations, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with company goals.

You will lead cross-functional projects in a global, hybrid/remote environment, coordinating stakeholders and managing complex requirements to optimise the organisation’s information systems portfolio.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong project management skills across IT and IS initiatives.
• Ability to research, define scope, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Experience coordinating with business operations, end-users, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: own the result autonomously and define scope if needed.
• Project Management Expertise: plan meetings, track progress, report to management.
• Analysis and Challenge: research, ask questions, challenge assumptions, provide quick answers.
