Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect manufacturing categories across Mobility EMEA plants in Poland. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and contract deployment to drive cost savings and supply continuity.

The role requires collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams across multiple sites and countries, with a focus on delivering measurable value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience with multi-site procurement across countries.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience with indirect manufacturing categories.
• Ability to lead negotiations and contract deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect manufacturing categories across Mobility EMEA plants.
• Lead sourcing projects, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, inflation mitigation, and payment term optimization.
• Manage supplier performance, relationships, risk, and supply continuity.
• Deploy regional and global supplier agreements with compliance and stakeholder adoption.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze market trends and implement sourcing solutions that optimize total cost of ownership.
• Track procurement performance, savings, and project results through reporting tools.
• Support manufacturing operations through risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide procurement support and guidance across Mobility EMEA sites.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect manufacturing categories across four Mobility EMEA plants. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and contract deployment for categories including MRO, Facilities, Packaging, CAPEX, and Chemicals, driving cost savings, supplier performance, and supply continuity. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key suppliers, you will deliver sourcing strategies, support procurement initiatives, and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site and cross-country procurement activities across a regional scope.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.

Skills

• Experience in indirect manufacturing procurement (MRO, Facilities, CAPEX, Packaging, Chemicals).
• Strong sourcing, category management, supplier negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost savings, TCO, and productivity.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, or similar), Excel, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to drive change and manage stakeholders across multiple sites and countries.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
