Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking an expert for In-Game Cinematography and the Game Capture team. You will guide captures, design custom in-engine scenes for trailers, mentor teammates, and ensure top-quality visuals for marketing assets.

Role requires 7+ years as a capture artist, deep Unreal expertise, and strong English. Office-First with relocation to the Warsaw studio, hybrid options available, and comprehensive health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

At least 7 years working as a capture artist, with senior experience supervising juniors and overseeing creative quality.
Advanced knowledge about CDPR games, a hardcore player, and proficiency in Unreal.
Experience with editing software (Resolve or Premiere) and telling stories cinematically.
Good English language skills.

Responsibilities

Capture high quality footage from CDPR games for marketing use and trailers.
Design and capture custom in-engine scenes for trailers and marketing materials.
Mentor junior artists and oversee tooling workflows with outsourcing partners.
Coordinate with producers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure asset quality.
