Job summary

Hitachi Digital is seeking an IAM Specialist to join the Global Information Security team in Poland. This hands-on role focuses on developing and maintaining IAM platforms, with emphasis on Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, Auth0 and OAuth/OIDC integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OIDC/OAuth and SAML authentication mechanisms.
• Experience integrating applications with Okta and Auth0 for SSO, provisioning and governance.
• Hands-on development proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Python and PowerShell.
• Comfort with Terraform, CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
• Knowledge of Okta Identity Governance, including access certifications and RBAC/ABAC.
• Familiarity with Okta/Auth0 public APIs and development SDKs.
• Experience in large enterprise IAM environments with workflows and scripting against public APIs.
• Knowledge of advanced Okta capabilities such as Okta Workflows and Okta Identity Governance.
• Understanding of cybersecurity threats and IAM program risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and spoken English with collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain IAM platforms across internal and external identity ecosystems.
• Build automation and integrations, including Node.js functions and Express apps.
• Develop Terraform configurations and CI/CD pipelines for IAM infrastructure as code.
• Create and maintain OAuth/OIDC integrations across Okta and Auth0.
• Implement SAML integrations with custom rules and attributes.
• Build Okta Workflows for provisioning and registration processes.
• Develop custom Auth0 rules to interact with external systems.
• Support identity governance processes including access certifications.
• Automate reporting and operational tasks with PowerShell and Python.
• Manage access policies and authorization server configurations across environments.
• Integrate with Workday, Active Directory, Azure and Salesforce for IAM.
• Assist Org2Org federations within Hitachi Group and participate in code reviews.
