Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking an ICT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives end-to-end in a dynamic environment. You will drive governance, milestones and delivery across stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project delivery, strong PM/Agile knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and SharePoint ecosystems. Warsaw-based, on-site role with global impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant IT experience, 3+ in ICT project management.
Experience leading medium to large ICT projects and applying PM and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of IT trends and business impact.
Experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow Portfolio Management for planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead ICT projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Establish and maintain project controls to ensure milestones and objectives.
Manage plans, governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet standards and requirements.
Coordinate with project boards, stakeholders, suppliers and teams.
Assign and oversee activities, balance workload and priorities.
Deliver using Agile methodologies and modern PM practices.
Prepare documentation, presentations, status reports and steering materials.
Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
