Job summary

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking an ICT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives end-to-end in a dynamic environment. You will drive governance, milestones and delivery across stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project delivery, strong PM/Agile knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and SharePoint ecosystems. Warsaw-based, on-site role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, 3+ in ICT project management.
• Experience leading medium to large ICT projects and applying PM and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT trends and business impact.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow Portfolio Management for planning and delivery.

Job Description

• Lead and manage ICT projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Establish and maintain project controls to ensure milestones, deliverables and business objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
• Manage project plans, schedules, governance activities, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and business requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project boards, business stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams.
• Assign and oversee project activities, balance workload and priorities, and support high-performing project teams.
• Manage project delivery using Agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, presentations, status reports and steering committee materials.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in information technology, at least 3of which as an ICT Project Manager or in a comparable project delivery role.
• Master's degree or equivalent Level 7 qualification. ICT-related degree not mandatory.
• Required certification (at least one of):
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PM² Agile
  • Equivalent internationally recognised certification
• Experience leading at least one medium to large ICT project and applying project management and Agile delivery methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of information technology, current technology trends and the application of technology to business needs.
• Experience managing project delivery teams, workloads, priorities, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Agile Boards for project planning, tracking and delivery.
• Experience managing projects involving Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow custom applications and modules, including Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management and Customer Service Management in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, privacy and security-related functional requirements within ICT projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to work effectively in changing environments while continuously driving improvements.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
