Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead SailPoint integration and onboarding of 600+ apps. You will design pipelines and dynamic access forms, and build AI-assisted PowerShell scripts to streamline provisioning.

Collaborate with app owners and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into SailPoint configurations and provisioning workflows, while reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring SailPoint IGA (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ).
• Proficient in clean PowerShell with AI-assisted scripting.
• Experience reading/writing JSON and XML configurations.
• Hands-on with connectors: JDBC, LDAP, AD; REST/SCIM APIs.
• Understanding RBAC and governance lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical configuration and end-to-end SailPoint integration for target apps.
• Create and manage an application pipeline with 600+ apps.
• Design dynamic, user-friendly access request forms with validation.
• Develop PowerShell scripts with AI acceleration tools for connectors.
• Automate provisioning workflows and data aggregation processes.
• Diagnose and fix data/ API integration errors and provisioning failures.
• Map business permissions into SailPoint configurations with stakeholders.
• Report progress to customers’ CSO and project leadership.
