The Role

The Manager of Identity & Access Management (OKTA) will support and advise the IAM Director in all matters related to securing identities across the enterprise. The successful candidate will manage the IAM program and ensure the efficient and effective operation of key platforms including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, Active Directory, and related capabilities. This role includes leading an international team responsible for uptime and continuous performance of IAM technologies.

  • Expert-level understanding of trends in identity and access management.
  • Excellent soft skills and a people-first approach to teamwork and collaboration.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Cybersecurity and 5+ years managing IAM programs.
  • Expert technical proficiency with Okta, including design, architecture, and SSO integrations (technical assessment included in recruitment).
  • Strong familiarity with PAM, SSO, MFA, Zero Trust, and SASE
  • Fluency in cybersecurity language with the ability to translate technical concepts into risk assessments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Willingness to work in an international team, participating in meetings across global time zones.
