Job summary

Flex Wind in Szczecin is seeking a Senior HSE Officer to bring practical HSE expertise to our wind energy projects, guiding safety performance on site and in office environments.

You will mentor officers, run audits, and review RAMS, while ensuring client requirements and field realities are aligned to higher safety standards.

This hybrid, full‑time role reports to the HSE Lead and offers opportunities to influence a growing international team.

Qualifications

• HSE experience — wind energy preferred, construction or broader energy sector also considered
• Strong technical HSE knowledge from real fieldwork
• Experience working to client requirements alongside operational teams
• NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support projects on the ground and in the office with technical HSE input
• Run audits and investigations, and review RAMS
• Mentor HSE Officers and help raise the technical standard across the team
• Push for practical improvements — not paperwork for its own sake
