Job summary

Citi Handlowy seeks an experienced IT project leader to drive the planning and execution of the HR technology transformation in Poland. You will oversee the local HR Technology Team and ensure in-country systems align with business objectives across functions.

You will work with senior stakeholders, lead project governance, and champion process improvements to deliver strategic outcomes within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in a related technology role with subject matter expertise.
• 6+ years of experience with HR processes and the technology used to support them.
• 6+ years of experience in leading HR projects and technology teams.
• 6+ years of experience in overseeing production support.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with senior project staff and senior internal stakeholders regarding the status of projects.
• Recommends and oversees process improvements.
• Drives considerable business impact through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provides expertise in IT project leadership and understanding of integration with architecture or infrastructure.
• Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice and services.
