Job summary

Fortive is seeking an HR & AI Systems Architect to shape and evolve our HR technology ecosystem. You will lead architecture decisions across Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, and LMS platforms, partnering with HR Product Owners and IT.

Qualifications

10–12 years of progressive experience in HR technology and enterprise systems architecture.
Must be available to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours each day.
Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations, HCM Extracts, Security, and configuration across multiple modules.
Proven experience with Boomi or similar enterprise integration platform, including production integrations.
Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous).
Experience delivering AI/ML and automation solutions within HR systems.
Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, case management, and HR service delivery configuration.
Experience leading or mentoring small technical teams.

Responsibilities

HR Systems & Platform Architecture: Own end-to-end design of Fortive’s HR tech landscape (Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, LMS).
Develop architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and modernization roadmaps aligned to cloud-native, API-first principles.
Establish design standards, governance, and best practices across the HR tech portfolio.
Coordinate with IT’s Azure-based teams to align with enterprise standards and security.
Integration Architecture & Engineering: Define and drive integration strategy toward reusable, API-first services.
Lead architecture and hands-on implementation using Boomi as the primary middleware platform.
Design scalable integration patterns—real-time APIs, event-driven, batch/file-based flows.
Maintain data integrity, auditability, and GDPR/SOC 2/HIPAA compliance across flows.
Supervise integration developers through the full lifecycle, including code/design reviews.
AI Solutions & Automation: Identify and deliver AI use cases across the HR lifecycle and implement AI capabilities within Fortive's platforms.
Embed AI/ML, NLP, and chatbot capabilities into HR workflows and channels.
