Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll, including 2+ years in a coordinating role.
• Experience with various employment contracts and payroll types.
• Ability to participate in business trips (up to 15 days per annum).

Responsibilities

• Manage complete employee documentation in line with Polish labor law.
• Prepare payments to US, ZUS, and PFRON for the VELUX Group.
• Act as a Super User for HR systems (TETA, Płatnik).
• Advise the business on Polish labor law and remuneration.
• Support HR initiatives and Employee Life Cycle processes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of the Polish Labor Code

Experience in HR and payroll

Proficiency in TETA, Workday, Płatnik

Very good English (min. B2)

Project management skills
