Job summary

ROCKWOOL Poznań is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to own HR Administration processes within the Global Business Service Center. You will lead HR documentation, payroll inputs, and benefit administration, while driving process improvements in an international environment.

Strong knowledge of Polish labour law, 5+ years in HR Admin, and the ability to resolve complex issues with discretion are essential for success in this role at ROCKWOOL in Poznań.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Administration and independently managing HR processes.
• Solid experience with end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, administration, offboarding).
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently performing HR Administration tasks and managing HR processes through the employee life cycle.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on HR queries.
• Coordinating HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing HR input for payroll calculation and liaising with external payroll providers.
• Administering employee benefits and maintaining HR data quality in systems.
• Developing HR reports and analyses and supporting compliance processes.
