Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Group Legal and Compliance Trainee in Poznań to assist with administrative and legal tasks within a dynamic, global environment. You will collaborate with local and international teams, gaining exposure to multiple legal areas while developing practical skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling, potential remote work, and an introduction program to help you understand processes and meet colleagues across the ROCKWOOL Group.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field and at least one year remaining.
• Basic knowledge of law; internships or office experience are advantages.
• Availability to work at least 25h/week.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Good familiarity with MS Office; proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the legal team’s activities and projects.
• Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries.
• Assist with preparation of contracts and legal documents.
• Support various legal and administrative projects as needed.
