Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Guidewire Portal Senior Developer to join its global delivery network in Warsaw or Katowice. You will work across Insurance platform implementations, collaborating with agile teams to drive project success and client outcomes.

In this role you will use modern tech stacks and contribute to new solutions while engaging with leaders in the industry. The position offers a mix of office and remote work and opportunities to travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualification.
3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent business communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work as a Senior Developer across multiple technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects.
Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
Willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
Design new functionalities and solutions.
Optimize existing processes and system components.
Create prototypes and proof-of-concept for new/improved modules.
Research technological possibilities and analyze trends.
