Job summary

Booksy, a rapidly growing global marketplace for beauty and wellness, seeks a Senior Accountant for Group Reporting. You will own end-to-end consolidation, intercompany management, and financial reporting across multiple entities, including US GAAP compliance and statutory disclosures.

You will collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance processes, build robust controls, and drive accuracy in financial statements while supporting international entities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Proven expertise in multi-entity group consolidations.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly group consolidation and elimination entries.
• Manage intercompany charges, transfer pricing, and in-house transition from external advisors.
• Maintain intercompany transaction register for timely monthly eliminations.
• Prepare lender reporting packages, covenant schedules, and GAAP financial statements.
• Review international trial balances for entities like South Africa, Mexico, and Brazil.
• Support audit processes with evidence collection and control documentation.
• Oversee equity compensation tracking and cost allocations across entities.
• Assist daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting, supporting statutory reporting.
