Job summary

Moderna is expanding its Digital Core GRC hub in Warsaw, seeking an experienced risk and governance professional. You will identify, assess, and monitor technology, cybersecurity, and emerging risks across global operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive remediation and maintain auditable risk data.

You will support risk reporting, governance metrics, and executive summaries, shaping Moderna’s risk program amid advancing AI, automation, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity risk management, IT controls, or GRC.
• Experience with risk assessments, control evaluations, and governance activities.
• Strong communication to explain cybersecurity risk concepts to diverse audiences.
• GxP-regulated environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report digital, technology, cybersecurity, and emerging risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness and remediation needs.
• Collaborate with technology, quality, privacy, legal, and business teams to plan remediation.
• Document control gaps, track remediation commitments, and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain accurate risk data in GRC systems and strengthen governance reporting.
• Prepare risk dashboards and executive summaries for governance forums.
• Support AI-enabled risk management initiatives and documentation.
