Job summary

Moderna is expanding its Regulatory Information Management leadership in Warsaw, shaping the future of regulatory data across global operations. Lead governance, master data, and AI-enabled solutions to accelerate regulatory processes while partnering with Digital and Regulatory teams.

The role oversees data standards, security, and analytics, leveraging Veeva Vault RIM, Tableau, and advanced technology to drive efficiency and compliance in a global biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive regulatory experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with substantial domain expertise.
• Extensive experience with Veeva Vault RIM and governance of regulatory data.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regulatory data strategy and governance framework.
• Own and enhance regulatory master data capabilities (Applications, Registrations, Submissions, etc.).
• Develop enterprise reporting and analytics using Veeva Vault RIM and Tableau.
