Grid Dynamics in Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Risk & Payment Platform) to join a global engineering team. You will design and implement high-scale backend capabilities for a next-generation enterprise risk platform, maturing the codebase and development processes within an Agile Scrum environment.

You will own features end-to-end across distributed systems built with Golang, Java, or Python, ensuring reliability, availability, latency and data consistency, while mentoring

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in a server-side language (Golang/Java/Python).
• Experience designing APIs using REST and gRPC.
• Proven ability to build high-scale distributed systems with HA and low latency.
• CI/CD mindset with automated testing and modern deployment pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Own features end-to-end—from specs and architecture to production deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Golang, Java, or Python with REST/gRPC interfaces.
• Build and optimize distributed systems for high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to deliver data-driven risk capabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive CI/CD and engineering practices.
